So Green Pri, if Dirty Old Man means me, I think I'm still in but will be at Thurmont to Cozy up for breakfast at 8am.

If more people start dropping off, please post.  I would hate to drive 180 miles by myself :crazy2:

I have yellow paint on my tail lights  :coolsmiley:

Now lets talk about the wooses that left their Cobra's at home, . . . Elder, Hector, Vic, Larry, Doug (well he did have his kid, but thats no excuse).  And then they all had soft tops and still didn't put them down :knuppel2:

Now Bill and I and Allen represented with Cobra and Bill and I were topless, what a sight to see  ^-^

Once I got back closer to the city things quited down a bit, made the 180 mile trek back in under 3 hours, not bad  :police:

I do not have a top or a CLUTCH. I think Elder has the same malady.

Glad everyone enjoyed the show. I really wanted to see the Dragon snake.

Disappointing show IMO, AACA museum was good but the "Shelby Exhibit" was weak. Better car show outside the Museum.

Nice trip until I got rear-ended by José Latino (correction) * Escobar Mexicano in shxx box on route 7   :knuppel2: ...glad I wasn't in the Cobra.

*José Morales took offense to the name.

Well, other than being a bit windy/cold for my son, we had a good time. In fact he had a great time - he asked me this morning if we were doing anything exciting next Sunday.  :coolsmiley: Luckily we have Easter plans.... O0

I did think the Shelby exhibit was a bit weak, although neat to see Dick Smith's 427. Wish it was restored to exact racing specs though. Also, I was sorry to see that whoever had loaned the King Cobra had sold it and it had been removed. Of course that was the only car I told my son about since it's on the ad for the show and he asked me when we would see it about 50 times.....he wanted to know if it would be wearing a crown.  ;D

I have some pics which I'll post at some point today.

Oh, the mint condition, original owner, 1970 Boss 429 that was in the show was very cool.

OK Larry you get a pass because your car was down and well your a nice guy, but the others

I noticed a lot of issue with plague and the cars themselves.  Like Doug said Dick Smiths Cobra had Goodyear Eagle ST tires, what gives  :idiot2:

Wind was so bad it was whipping my head back and forth in the car  :crazy2:

Sorry Elder hope it an't too bad, Helen will never let you take her car again :buck2:

At least it wasn't that Italiano that was following you most of the way O0

Can't help myself, so I just remembered that Hector was in the car with you, so what does it really mean that a latino rear ended you?  You guys spend a lot of time together, want to tell us something  :coolsmiley:

That sucks, Elder.  Which ride?

How much damage?

I am just about as curious about what choice words Hector had for the guy who rear ended you than what he had to say.  What could/did he say?  What did Hector say?

Loosely translated, of course, to account for the difference between the rich expressive nature of well-spoken Spanish compared to plain 'Murican English.

Really sorry to hear about the accident Scott -  :(

I thought Ken and I did a good job of guarding you all the way back until Hwy 7 - when you were on your own.  Hopefully, the guy has insurance and it will be taken care of without too much trouble.  At least, neither you or Hector were injured - and that's a very good thing  O0
