They did my 390 FE heads fine.

Howdy. C&C did the heads for the 390 in my 66 Ford Fairlane GT in early '05, and they did a great job. Cost as agreed, good work. They did a pocket port, new stainless valves, valve job, bronze guides, springs, resurface. The advised me not to use the Comp Cams retainers and went with teflon valve seals with 10 degree locks. Also they said the Comp springs that came with the k-kit would work out with the wrong installed height so they went with another Comp part. Very nice folks, happy camper! FWIW, Scott
