How do you attached picture to profile

Anyone can tell me how to attach a picture to my profile?
I have been trying without success.

You need to choose "I have my own pic" which also means you need to be hosting your pic somewhere on the internet.  Our gallery works but so does a place like Flickr or Picasa.

Plug in the URL or the "http://..." string that allows you to see just the pic.
