Want to buy a Cobra to drive some on the street and also autocross. Need help with engine size I should look for and brand of kit that would handle best.

From your description, this is probably the perfect car for you......and you cetainly couldn't build one of this quality for that price either. Ben is building a coupe. That's why he is selling.
