Wow.... just what some of us need..... but I've never heard of this place.  Perhaps some references should be checked first          

On a more serious note, thanks for being so generous with your facilities Scott.  I hope I never need more than what's located on my own property, but it's nice to know where one can go for help when things get too complicated to do alone.
