I ended up using Armor Garage & Gate Service instead. This guy's service was above & beyond Capital, and pricing was competitive (installation included in the price) - far from every other estimate. He fixed the garage door for free labor & cost on the panel since I purchased the garage door openers. They were recommended to me as a great shop, and the I was told by a local friend that the owner recently had some major medical bills which insurance did not cover, so that was a bit more motivation to help a guy out.

I purchased a set of garage doors from Capital Door 2 years ago. They installed a fine looking, fresh set of aluminum insulated doors. This past fall, one was damaged. I decided I wanted new garage door openers at the same time (I have the same as Pappy's garage - jackshaft openers). I called Capital repeatedly - 5 separate occasions - where they responded that they would send somebody out to evaluate and give me a quote. I guess they are doing so well, they figured they didn't need my money.
