Here's the Word, directly from that Damned Dave Williams this morning:
Here’s the plan:
1. We have assembled a plot that will get CACC closest to the best bars with time to stake out strategic outdoor tables near your steeds. CACC can own the “West End” of the Arts and Entertainment District. Black ops will lead the CACC caravan of racers from CBE to downtown via Canal Parkway and Mechanic to your show area around 4 PM. Behind your “Follow me” escort the CACC platoon can take a verbotten right onto the bricked mall and proceed to City Center where you can park ‘em beside your dining/drinking tables

Our departure from CBE is flexible but West Side cars need to be in place by 4:30 PM, so the ravaging and pillaging can begin on time at 5 PM.
2. We are staging a handful of pure racers in the middle of the mall with trailer-off planned for the East End of the Mall and George and Baltimore Street around 3:30 PM. So far this would be the Felten Reynard, the Pfeiffer Nine-Pfourteen and the Polimeni Vintage CBE Survivor PV. (Still trying to determine if we could slip the PV in front of the CACC conga line and sneak it into as a street car, since it does not have the extreme clearance or appearance issues of the other racers.)
3. Non CACC street drivable racers are all welcome to enter from the East End and George Street between 4 and 4:40 PM.
Should be a lot of fun . . . . Hopefully, local law enforcement will be lenient.
