Ok Folks--I know there have been a lot of good references out here for Sterling Replicar and that is actually how I selected them for some work that I needed to get done. They lived up to their reputation and beyond.
First, I admit that I am extremely detail oriented and that carries over into how I keep my car. I was concerned about the condition I would get the car back in as I have not had good experiences with other shops.
Not only was the work done well, the car came back looking cleaner than it went in--this was actually shocking to me. They actually detailed the underside of my wheel wells!
I had problems with a Tri-Power setup and Katherine worked with me to try and solve and eventually worked with Roush to replace the whole top end of the motor. Tri-Power is now gone, and she worked with Roush to get the replacement parts at Roush's cost--all of this was above and beyond service. They could have easily made a ton more money if they just did what most shops would have done by charging the retail or discounted retail.
Now is the real winner: Katherine came to my home on a Sunday night (I live in Annapolis--65 Miles from Sterling) to address some nagging oil leaks that we thought we had killed but hadn't. Didn't charge me a dime, and wouldn't even take gas money! What shop do you know that would do that?
They have my business for as long as I own this car. Great job Sterling.
