We had a small group meet this Sunday for breakfast & coffee.  people started arriving around 8:30 am and everyone hung out until about 11 am or so.  was the general consensus that this should be an informal weekly breakfast meet so...hope some of you guys will consider coming out next sunday if the weather is nice.  Plenty of wide open parking and no spoiler scraping bumps!

got back home with plenty of time to be productive on the "cat" project.

It's the Star Bucks near Kohl's and Dick's sporting goods.  There were about 7 cars today.  Lots of parking, not much shade.  It's an every Sunday morning thing.  Need to get some Cobras out there.

We at the Kohls/Dicks Starbucks every sunday that it doesn't rain from around 8:30 to 10:30 or so and get anywhere from a few cars up to 25+ depending on the weekend and how hard folks partied on Saturday night  ;D

the address is 12599 Fair Lakes Circle - there are 3 Starbucks in Fairlakes so, if you don't see us...you are probably at the wrong one!!  O0  I'll be there this sunday with the RSR - should be easy to see the day-glow yellow from quite a distance!

would love to have you guys out... if you're not too hung over...

The "exotic" folks have found our little meet.  the last few Sunday's we've had Lambo's, and several Ferrari's.  Last Sunday there were supercharged callaway vettes and an original twin turbo callaway...pretty interesting.

who knows, this sunday there might be a very exotic Lister-jag at the meet  ...   :D

would love to but not sure i have enough faith in the build quality to drive it that far the first time out!!!   :P

Was shooting for fair lakes starbucks as i can easily bum a ride home, get the truck and trailer and go get it if something breaks or if an important/critical piece falls off     not to mention access to lots of volunteers to push it into the trailer...hehe

we'll see, if i can get out of the office early enough on Friday to do some testing friday evening...maybe i'll risk a trip to GF

one way or another, it will be at GF sometime this fall.

yeeee haww!!

it runs, it drives (at least up and down my culdesac)  i even hit a whopping 30 mph w/o issues!  After battling a very stubborn hydraulic clutch for about 90 minutes, i was able to get the car out for a few trips up and down my street.  nothing exploded, caught fire, fell off, broke, or melted...have to admit to being a bit amazed.  8O also, since i spun both rear wheels w/o even trying, i guess the really tall rear end won't be an issue...still...not sure i am up for a ride to GF this soon but it will be out at starbucks in Fair Lakes for sure!! O0

see some of you all then???
