Our very own Hector (the Cuban Julia Child) Rodriguez has stepped up and will be preparing one of his famous Sus domestica Lechón Asado at the first (annual?) Cobra Inc. Pig roast

When: Saturday June 12th,  12 noon until the last person leaves. (Usually pretty late.) Based on the response (95 and counting as of 6/11) we will need a larger Pig. Consequently, the roasting may take longer than originally planned. We expect the CACC HOG to be ready by late afternoon ~ 4:00 - 4:30 PM. So come early, drink often. But we'll start putting the food out around 4 PM.

Where: Cobra Inc. Great Falls, Va. Typical CACC event in the garages and driveway. We'll find a dumpster to make you feel at home.

What: Open House-Pig Roast-Corner-weigh your car.

Details: Hector the rôtisseur will be here with his sous chefs before dawn roasting the Lechón Asado. and preparing typical accompaniments. Additionally, we will be serving several chili recipes, some of Wade's Famous smoked Pork butts (no comments) as well as assorted sides, salads and many desserts. I don't think you'll need to bring any food. In addition, we will have the Longacre scales available for those wishing to corner-weight their car.

Late Night Entertainment: Cigars and Brandy/Bourbon/Baileys/Booze. Off-color jokes and the occasional nap and/or mooning.

What to bring: Your significant other, your Cobra, your favorite beverage and chairs.
