My turn signals "blink" too slow. I have switched out the capacitor but get the same result?? Anyone know what would cause this?

Check all the bulbs, one may be burned out or loose.

If you replaced one of the bulbs with a dimmer bulb, there will be less current to cause the blinker to blink

Does it do it on both turn signals & hazard warning? Reason is they use separate relays so you can eliminate certain areas right there. Any reduction in load on the relay will cause the problem you have - blown/loose bulb, low wattage as has already been mentioned. If you have LED bulbs in that will cause it as well. I replaced all my bulbs with LED's and just used off the shelf Electronic LED relay's from Autozone - cost around $10 each i think. No more flasher problems  O0
