17" Backdraft Wheels & Spinners

    Set of Backdraft Wheels
    17" with gray centers
    Purchased from Vintage Wheels US in winter/spring 2012, only used for autocross
    With brand new spinners
    Hoosier A6's mounted
    Tires are almost 2 years old, but haven't run them much. When not on the car they have been double wrapped in plastic and stored indoors.

    $1,100 obo (that's 1/2 price for the wheels/spinners and free tires)

    Wheel Specs:

    Front 17 x 8.5 5.0 backspace
    Rear 17 x 10.5 5.625 backspace
    Pin circle 5 on 120 mm
    Pin hole diameter 17.1 mm
    Pin hole depth 9 mm

    Also provide particulars...width, bolt pattern, pin drive, off set, backspacing.

    Pretty much only fits BDRs. Did the car originally have the bdr pin adaptor? I dont recall when BDR stopped the bolt ons and went to pin drive knock off.

    BDR #785, delivered to original owner in the summer of 2009, came with pin drive. I don't believe it had the BDR pin adapter.

    Mine is ~2 years later (early 2011) and it did. I know the early ones did not, sub 300-400 that still had bolt on wheels but I would have though this car would have had knock offs from the get go. Vintage makes 2 styles ... one to directly fits on to the BDR knock off adapter that came with the car and one that uses its own adapter that bolts to the BDR hub. I do not belief the two are interchangeable. Bob @ Vintage would know.

    I think I’m mistaken or not understanding the terminology. BDR 785 came with pin drive wheels. Not bolt on. I bought the wheels from Vintage that matched the existing pins. Sorry for my confusion.
