I though a 22 year anniversary of CACC would be nice, and the first memories.

Hi all,
I have debated this issue for two days on whether we should continue with plans for this Sunday, the 16th, in light of the national tragedy. My conclusion is that there is no better symbol for individual freedom than the Cobra. I think we should make the event a tribute to that freedom. Try to bring a small American flag that we can fly in each car. Hope you all agree. See you there. Expecting about 8-10.Wade, I understand from Lee IV that your trip is cancelled. Hope you can make it.

For those who missed yesterday’s CACC gathering, let me be the first to tell you that you really should have readjusted your day ;-)
A huge thank you must go to our gracious host and hostess - Lee and Fritzi, who provided a very scenic and hospitable location for us to gather at, as well as provide refreshments as we all introduced ourselves to each other and put faces to the names and e-mails that we have been swapping. (It will take a while until I get you all separated and memorized....... CRS syndrome on my part)
I didn't take a cobra or head count, but my guess was at least 12 cobras and 25 to 30 heads!! Anyone with a better memory is welcome to jump in here and correct me!!
And thanks to Abner's Crab House for treating us like old friends and putting on a spread that "was to die for". (Thanks Lee.... a little inside help never hurts!!!) Nice to finally meet everyone and here's hoping we can all do this again soon...... like maybe this Saturday?
