It seems that the 17" wheels are no longer available from Backdraft and if you break one you would have to go to 18" both front and back . Tires are Goodyear Eagle 1's with 15,000 miles on them . Make me a fair offer.

Yes. I talked to him about a year ago in regards to a set of 15 inch wheels. They have adaptors or you can have the wheels made to fit the stock drive assembly the BDRs have. I know there are early and later styles or early vs later brakes. The brakes IIR were and issue with running 15s. He was very in tune with what’s was needed.

Thank you. The wheels were already replaced and BDR purchases them from China. I don't believe BDR ever had 15" wheels and had to go to 18" as they had issues with the manufacturer of the 17"s. At least that was what was told to me during the process to get my car back on the road. Thank you Victor and Ducati.
I think some BDR owners should purchase these wheels as an insurance policy as replacements are well over 2 grand.

IIRC the only 15s until the last couple years where the very early BDR builds that had the bolt on 15's. I know when I got my car around 2011-2012 they were just getting into the 18 inch wheel "upgrade". 17s were the standard option. I talked to Jay not long ago and I remember him sourcing the knock off 15s currently now via Vintage Wheels.
Might be worth throwing something up on Cobra Club in the BDR forum. More BDR owner traffic I would assume. GLWTS!
