This pristine Factory Five Racing Mk4 Roadster is powered by a 306ci Ford Racing V8 crate engine mated to a C4 3-speed automatic transmission and finished in an eye catching Ford Race Red over black interior. Built from all new parts, the car was assembled by an experienced mechanic from the Factory Five Racing kit in 2015-2016. Less than 500 miles have been driven since completion. Of note is that famous Cobra builder, Jeff Miller Customs in California, completed the bodywork, paint, and final assembly of the car! Additionally, the car has just been professionally tuned and gone over in detail by Pro-Speed in Chantilly, VA, to ensure everything is performing to the highest standard. Clean VA title and current inspection done.

This Cobra is offered with meticulous build record books, and the factory build sheets, along with invoices for all aftermarket equipment. The major build components alone add up to more than $50K! Professional pre-purchase appraisal came in at $45k, but you couldn’t build this car for under $50k, which would not include labour. Five labeled bins of extra parts will also come with the car, since many parts were upgraded.

The 306ci Ford V8 carries a 345 horsepower rating and sends power to the rear wheels through a C4 3-speed automatic transmission from Performance Automatic Inc. and a Ford 8.8″ differential with positracion and 3.27:1 gearing. A Holley Ultra 650 4-barrel, double pumper, carburetor, roller cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, aluminum heads, MSD ignition system, ceramic BBK headers and March pulley system are all notable features. Other options include a heater and defroster, windshield wipers, power steering, Wilwood brakes and more.

Halibrand-style 17″ 5-lug wheels wear faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with Nitto NT555 Extreme ZR tires sized 245/45 front and 315/35 rear. Drilled and slotted brake rotors with red-painted Wilwood calipers can be seen at each corner, and a 4-into-1 stainless side pipe exhaust provides a great low rumble that is just the right amount of loud, without being obnoxious. Also included in the sale is a set of new in box Boig Quiet Pipes! Suspension consists of tubular control arms and upgraded Koni coil over shocks.

This is a truly exceptional car and presents a rare pportunity to acquire what is essentially a brand new Factory Five Cobra, without having to spend a year or more building and tuning it and then fighting VA’s convoluted DMV for 1965 registration. It has all been done for you! Just turn the key and drive off...

How is it registered? ...Replica?, ...1965? ...Antique tags? Please clarify.
